(ii). Beauty Parlour Skill Development Programs–
This initiative focuses on equipping women with essential skills in cosmetology and beauty care, enabling them to secure jobs or start their own businesses. With hands-on training from industry professionals, participants learn techniques in hairstyling, makeup artistry, skin care, and more.

(iii). Menstrual Hygiene Awareness Programs –
