Awareness Events
(i). Be Safe, Be Seen: A Road Safety Awareness Event (Traffic Rules)-
NGO organize a compelling road safety awareness event titled “Be Safe, Be Seen,” aimed at educating the community about essential traffic rules and the importance of pedestrian safety. The event featured informative sessions led by traffic experts, highlighting the critical role of visibility and adherence to safety measures on the road.
Participants of all ages engaged in interactive workshops that covered topics such as the significance of wearing helmets while cycling, understanding traffic signals, and the importance of using crosswalks.
NGO also organized a poster-making competition for children, encouraging creativity while instilling valuable safety lessons.
(ii). Clean Go Green” and “Green Earth, Happy Smile” Environment Awareness & Tree Plantation-
The Spread Smile Society NGO has launched two impactful initiatives, “Clean Go Green” and “Green Earth, Happy Smile,” aimed at raising environmental awareness and encouraging tree plantation. These programs emphasize the critical need for sustainable practices that contribute to a healthier planet. Through community workshops and educational campaigns, the NGO strives to engage individuals, families, and schools in meaningful discussions about environmental responsibility.
The tree plantation drives organized under these initiatives not only enhance urban greenery but also combat air pollution and climate change. Participants are invited to plant native trees in local parks and community spaces, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility towards the environment. By planting trees, we contribute to cleaner air, a cooler climate, and enhanced biodiversity.
(iii). Event focused on public awareness and education eg. Sanitation, Govt. Scheme etc-
Spread Smile Society NGO hosted a landmark event aimed at raising public awareness about essential topics such as sanitation and government schemes. The gathering attracted a diverse group of participants, including community leaders, local residents, and enthusiastic volunteers, all committed to fostering a healthier and more informed society.
